Polarization-resolved FLIM

Polarization-resolved fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (polFLIM) provides complementary insights to superresolution fluorescence microscopy confocal microscopy and conventional FLIM.

We have constructed a polFLIM setup based on a confocal microscope for studying cells and tissue samples.
